  Magnolia Room	This suite includes a king size bed with a full bath and a  private entrance with screened porch	$145
  Mimosa Room	A spacious room with a queen size bed, siting area and a full bath	$135
  Dogwood Room	This room includes a full size bed and a private half bath	$120

  
  

Policies

• Please check in is between 3:00 and 7:00 pm or call 770-769-9585 or 678-910-1386 if you are delayed or request early arrival
  
• Check-out is at noon
  
• Rates are for double occupancy.  There is an additional charge of $20/person.  
  
• If you wish to have guest join you for breakfast let us know the evening before.  There will be an additional charge of $15/person
  
• Please let us know if you have allergies or special  request.  We  want your stay and breakfast to be pleasant and memorable
  
• Smoking is not permitted indoors.  However, the porches and outside sitting areas are easily accessible for your comfort and smoking purposes
  
• We regret that we cannot accept pets
